We're delighted to have partnered with Madman Entertainment to present three special Q&A advance screenings of new Aotearoa New Zealand film Tinā.
The NZIFF Q&A screenings take place in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and feature Q&As with director Miki Magaseva, and the film's stars Anapela Polataivao and Beulah Koale.
The Oscar nominations are out and we're delighted to see seven NZIFF 2024 films receive nods: with five nominations for The Substance including Best Picture and Best Actress (Demi Moore), two nominations for Gints Zilbalodis' Flow and one nomination each for The Seed of the Sacred Fig, Black Box Diaries, No Other Land, Soundtrack to a Coup d'Etat and A Different Man Congratulations to all nominees - we can't wait for the 97th Academy Awards on 2 March.
