This panel is a chance to explore the communities that thrive and identities that are shaped through our lives in online spaces. It will follow a screening of Benjamin Ree's The Remarkable Life of Ibelin, a film that unveils the colourful secret cyberlife of an outwardly introverted gamer after his passing from a degenerative muscular disease. Other recommended viewing throughout the festival is Pinny Grylls & Sam Crane's
 Grand Theft Hamlet, a film which on the surface follows two out of work actors as they attempt to stage Hamlet in the world of Grand Theft Auto Online, in turn creating community in an online space amidst the backdrop of the Covid pandemic.
