On Sunday 18 August, Whānau Mārama NZIFF played host to a Q&A session following on from the Tāmaki Makaurau screening of Short Connections 2024 as part of the Aotearoa Film Focus Weekend at ASB Waterfront Theatre.
Q&A host Amanda Jane Robinson was joined by cast and crew from each of the short films, including Mia Blake (director and writer, Payback), Jamie Lawrence (director and writer, Earthlings), Alyx Duncan (director, The Sea Inside Her), Asuka Sylvie (director and writer, Lost at Sea) and Fredrick Pokai (actor, The Lascar).
